Merry Christmas 2007

Merry Christmas Everybody

Well, it is Christmas again... and to be truthful, we are glad to have made it through another year. We are both fine and remarkably healthy, although we have had some colds already this season.

Our weather in Northern Virginia this year has been one of major draught. We have about one-half the amount of rain we normally get each year. The lack of rain and a warmer year has increased the molds, viruses, etc causing more respiratory problem for many people...us included.

We again say we have been very blessed and believe that we should try our best to help others; do worthwhile tasks; maintain a positive outlook on life; grumble little; and listen much.

By doing this, you and we will present a positive role model, and live healthier and happier lives.

This year Frank continues his working with IGRA as their WebMaster. We have attended six rodeos this year including finals and have taken seven major trips. Frank also continues as ASGRA's WebMaster and secretary... and assists other rodeo and non profit organizations. Needless to say, he keeps very busy. See our list of websites below.

Tom continues his working for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He has been with SAIC for the past 23 years... and would like to stay longer, but keeps getting these gentle pushes from Frank to retire soon. Tom is not sure when this will occur, but most likely it will happen next spring, so we can start traveling again. Be sure to check out our travels page as the year progresses to follow along with our trips and see live webcams of where we are.

Take time this Christmas season to slow down, and focus on what is really important. Slow down to the point you know it is slow... and then slow down more. Smile… and know that you too are loved.

We both hope this finds you well. Enjoy your friends and families…in whatever shapes, sizes, and orientations that they may come in. We just left Thanksgiving a month ago, but this too is the time to be ever so thankful. We are thankful... that you are our friends... each and every one of you.

We wish you well. We wish you a Merry Christmas ... and the Happiest of New Years.
